I was very specific about "piracy"

You see, years ago we abolished the death penalty over here apart from:

1. High Treason
2. Arson in Her Majesty's Dockyards
3. Endangering the Royal Succession
4. Piracy on the high seas

I am not sure about #4, but I suppose that you are OK at least up to the 12 mile limit?
