My boss has tasked me to find a single tool that can do the following for us on a (mainly) Windows LAN:

1. test available ports
2. perform limited bandwidth testing
3. obtain current browser version
4. test for Java and Javascript support
5. test for Flash support

Ideally we'd have a single tool with the ability to turn on/off each of the five tests (and specific ports to check with test #1). I'm wondering whether there are any open source tools? Failing that, are there any developer tools for the non-developer like me, such as something with templates?
