I've tried to speak to and write to godaddy and domains proxy (their sister company, who hides the identy of the person) and have explicity followed their instructions (e.g., have sent their legal department a certified letter because they won't respond to emails) and have not had the courtesy of a response (although their website indicates they will respond in 7 days).
