No, he is a citizen of the United Kingdom. We have a National Health Service, so his treatment will be funded by the taxpayer
Funded by the tax payer? Why don't we have stuff like this back in the states? Also, quick question; off topic from computers, is it a crime to smoke a joint or have weed (for example 5 grams or less) in the UK? Is it illegal or legal? Just curious.
If I was in your part of the UK would I be able to walk down the street smoking and not get in no trouble? If so, I think the UK is looking better and better each day.
