I have a user who always gets an error message only when closing Excel. Either a new template or an existing template. It only happens when you close excel.

The error message says, "Microsoft Excel for Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Then I have tried repair. The problem persists and there are no add-ins either.

Some help please, maybe there are some registry keys that need to be deleted.
