    Hi Kryptonic,
    I believe I read somewhere that Microsoft will be supporting Windows XP Service Pack 2 until 2014. So, you should have plenty of time.

    PS: I think what MS calls "Mainstream Support" will last until some time in 2009. "Extended Support" will last until some time in 2014. This support will at least include security updates. You might want to do so research to investigate what else Extended Support will or will not include.
