    link networks using router switching

I’m a web technologist, we have two networks one is an international web and new is a personal web there are plenty of workstations in the personal web, but we wear’t need to have all the systems available in the international web because to minimize the danger of worms and virus attacks. My finish is to have simply one computer available to both personal and international web. We are trying to achieve this by keeping files from a personal web available to simply one computer in the international web by this we are making a link and too reducing the hassles. I seek to take a router switching to link these two networks how do I make it
