To DPI or not to DPI: Congress considers

The US Congress is looking at internet privacy...........

    http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/04...et_inspection/

And may the Lord have mercy on you all...........

What really hacks me off is that my garbage ISP (I have no alternative provider, only billing plans) is actively negotiating with the Phorm slimeballs, yet cannot prevent spam, malware and the rest from getting their entire IP address range blocked.

    I do just love this:

    Your IP Range is Blocked
There is too much Bot and script kiddie activity originating from that IP range
