It wont let me disable system restore even in safe mode I cant... It says something to the effect of "Cannot disable system restore, there is an error trying to enable/disable one or more drives" then I restart and try again. in or out of safe mode it makes no difference.

On My C drive there is a system 32 folder called "restore" will it help if I delete that whole folder? thanks!
