If you dont know what RAS is it stands for Remote Access Services. In english, its a thinga-majig where some person who also uses Windows XP can controll your PC which has Windows XP in it.
RAS does not allow you to take over the computer to my knowledge. RAS is for remote access to the network. So you can use RAS to dial into your computer from a location and print to your home printer or access the net...
