The DoJ would probably let them get away with it, at least for a while, I think........keep in mind, M$ is hardly in good status with the DoJ currently, anyway, and anything that looked like competition of any sort would probably be allowed.

Also, if AOL implimented things right, it would'nt be impossible to use AOL under Windows.......one would only be able to get the basic services, though, and any 'premium' services or whatnot would only be available under Linux. Thus, they could avoid the browser/os bundling problem (Because, after all, it's not like one could really make Netscape a part of the kernel), and stick a finger in the eye of Microsoft......
