Talisman Desktop
Anybody ever messed around with Talisman Desktop ? I installed this Windows-desktop replacer, and I'm quite impressed...

Or you could try litestep. Available on both windows and linux platforms. Looks good, but chances are you gonna switch back once you find out the grass isn't greener on the other side of the fence.

I used to have one of those, and it just went buck wild on me, wouldnt accept commands, wouldnt unnistall, anything.. Ever since then, I never used a shell replacement again

It's a nice little progy, to bad it's only 4 30 day's, I'm a great beliver in Open source.....
