ICQ Flooding!!

Someone can tell me what is the best software to flood icq online users, because i didn't found a good one that works with the newest versions of icq and with windows XP.

we don't do that here...you want "software" to flood icq..(altho why you would want to waste your time on that is beyond me...)....maybe learn how to program...???...if your to lazy for that...
