It's very frustrating when you can't get something to work for you...I know this very well from my own experiences.
My advice to you is, take a deep breath and try another approach...perhaps you could describe the problem for us. What is happening, what messages are you receiving, what are you seeing....you have 4 partitions, how big is your hard drive and what file system did you format too? Be as specific as you can and maybe, with a little luck, someone here can help you out.
