hello friends.. i got this .. and thought lets share with u all ..
and make u feel good..

IMHO, your path in this life is partly by choice. If you to choose to follow the advice that intruder posted, you will probably be happier than those who don't. I have several of those that are rules in my life, and overall I am a happy person, and have a happy life. I'm not saying I don't get frustrated, stressed out and angry as regularly as anyone else, but ultimately, how much of your life you want to spend in those states is up to you. 
Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read.

hapiness is a state of mind I a gree with debwalin this time. I think if you try to be happy then you will. I know am not much of a pesimist, but every could has a silver lining.
