    I don't see any lituriature on hacking a box either. Any the 1000 numbers would be almost impostible. You could look at things like http://www.distributed.net/ . I think this has to do with crypto not hacking/cracking. I think that some for of clustering or distributed computing is able to crack to 1000 number. No let me re-state that"I know that it is posible to cypher the 1000 key". It is just a mater of time to crunch all the data.

    If something is made by a human, it can be cracked. Nothing is perfect and nothing is fool proof. Someone will figure it out and they will be a richer person thats for sure...lol...good luck to anyone that's trying.

    They are not actually asking you to number crunch the solution to this problem, they are actually asking for a mathmatical proof of a insecurity in it. Just thought I would point that out.
