DON'T WAIT 20 seconds
What you say for this:
If you post very fast and the site don't leave you to post until you wait 20 seconds. DON'T WAIT. A timer can be there to clock until 20 seconds have passed and then automatically the post is posting by itself. What you say?

The twenty seconds delay is there so that people don't accidently double-post a single message. Putting the second message in some sort of holding queue would render it's function rather useless...

Guus is right, it's a security thing, to stop double posts, and also to prehibit Flood'z.
