I'll take those odds.....
Mankind have a great aversion to intellectual labor; but even supposing knowledge to be easily attainable, more people would be content to be ignorant than would take even a little trouble to acquire it.

I wouldn't have said that in combination with your signature Korps, but hey, who am I?
"Heard a lot of talk about this Jesus
a man of love, a man of strength
But what a man was 2000 years ago
means nothing at all to me today
He could have been telling me about my higher self
But he only lives inside my prayer
So what he was may have been beautiful
but the pain is right now and right here"

jcmcb> You live in DC right. Go to 1432 Pennsilvania Ave. (Yes, just down the street from the pretty white building). Knock on the second side door and ask for Gerald. If they ask who you are, tell them you were sent buy the guy with the pointy white hat and a nest full of dolphin larva. They will take you down 32 floors into the underground secret lab. They have already started tracking the big one.
ummmm, wait, is this in private message or on the forum?

i was just reading an article last week on the odds of different near earth objects coliding with earth, made it seem like there wasn't a chance of anything hitting us in our lifetimes. that was right about the time this rascel was sneaking past us.
makes me wonder

I agree, if it happened once it could happen again. Not saying that if something happens, it always occurs again. But the chances of an asteroid nailing us are next to none, but it happened once, someone out there may think we need a sequel, lets hope their ratings don't get too bad.
