    I wouldn't have to worry about this situation. I would have made sure that the fat bastard wasn't the first one out the hole. I would have said "AntiHero, get the hell out the way before you get stuck and kill us all." Then, once the skinny guys were all out, we could have pulled him through.

    Ok, you gotta have a flaslight if you are exploring caves right? So what else are you carrying? Especially if you are carrying dynamite (although i carry it in my back pocket all the time). My point is, there is ALWAYS another option. Go blow a hole up somewhere else. Use a pick and get around him. Something.

    But, to answer the question the way it was written, blow up the guy in the whole. There is NO guarantee that he is going to live anyway. Even if he does survive the rain storm, if the water didn't get him lubricated enough to slide out the hole, who says that someone is going to find him before he starves to death?

    Blow a hole elsewhere large enough to drain the water, that way you'll all be okay.

    I can't understand the point of such retarded hypothetical questions... Nobody knows what they'd really do until they were in that situation. Obviously you'd have to try other things first, you wouldn't just say "Oh, Bill's stuck, shove this stick of dynamite up his a** and light it up. Sorry Bill, but we're gonna blow you up so we can get out of here". You'd try other things.
