It's just speed camera shots that the police took. You know, when the cops book your for speeding, they take pictures when you go past and look at your license plates. Well, they do here in Australia - I'm sure they do it else where...don't they?
Well yeah, it's just funny cos the first person's number plate was covered by a flying bird...that's the funniest one. :d
