.WAV help
every time i open up a .wav file on my box it gives me a F^ message,
heres a pic of it. ( i have 2 click ok 2 times)

What version of Windows are you running? And what program are you trying to play the .wav file with? You may simply just have to reassign the association to a different program, or re-install the program you are currently trying to use.

mst120.dll is a component of netmeeting...
advapi.dll is a core component lib...specifically a component of cryptoAPI and is used by IE as well...
it's also a file dropped by some trojans...

sounds like you probably have a screwed IE/netmeeting install...

it doesnt work on '98 but on my Win2k it does (i duel boot)and Windows Media Player.
PS. i use music match 2 convert mp3s into wav's but recently i cant convert a certen mp3 and i found out this problem round the same time i d/led it, so u think this might b the problem?

Could be that it's the cause of the problem.....
I have had some mp3s which I could not convert either..... just redownload the mp3 from a different source.... should be fine....

My recommendation, if you want it to play via Media Player, is to simply go to http://www.windowsmedia.com, download a new version of Media Player under '98 and install it over the old one. That should fix the associations.
