Actually what do you expect to happen when parents are too busy with their own lives to take care of their 2.5 children? They sit them down in front of the TV set and ignore them, and then they wonder why little Johnny and Janie are sullen, unresponsive, and place no or little value on human life. The schools are WAR zones from the middle schools up through the high schools. I did some work at a junior high last week, and there is a permanent spot in the parking lot for the sherriff's deputy assigned to that school!
