I appreciate that most members are probably around a quarter of my age and only like boom boom music, but to find out what food is good for you I suggest a listen to Bobby Bare's
'The Diet Song' you'll find it on Bobby Bare. The Bare Tracks. The Columbia Years. I've just looked at the Cd, it appears to be a Euro one, but it comes from the Sony stable.
