What you could do is use a program like Partition Magic to convert your NTFS partition to FAT32. You'd lose all your NTFS specific information though, but at least you'll be able to access your C:. You could then convert it back to NTFS and set it all up. Another option would be to attach your drive as a slave on a WinNT/2K/XP machine that you have admin rights to and then take it from there.
