Galeon browser doesn't expand threads
Saw this a while ago... but Galeon (common browser on most Mandrake/Gnome desktops) doesn't
allow the "expand and contract" features of the site (so you can't go back and read any message
that the site randomly chooses to close/contract on you). Perhaps the site should be sensitive to
the browser and do an "always expand" if it sees a Galeon/Mozillla browser or similiar.

Greetings:
The reason that the link isn't there, is because that feature doesn't work with all browsers. It relies on dhtml. You'll also notice that threads won't auto-collapse if you use those browsers, UNLESS you have that option turned on in your site-options.
since this isn't a bug, i'm closing the thread.
This has been mentioned before..... It is because of the way the browser handles DHTML... Some of the browsers that come in Linux have this 'problem'

Konqueror won't work right, either. So I just got Opera, and it works nicely.
Can't please all the people all the time, you know.

Greetings All:
You can change your site settings to make threads not auto-collapse, if you're planning on using a crappy webbrowser that doesn't support all standards =)
