I got this theme from the link that P2P posted. It's called "snowball." How do you like it? It says KDE 3 on the picture but I'm running it under KDE 2.2.2. Check it out.

thank god that linux was created cause i mean if you think about it , theres really nothing better i mean you cant beat the whole "free" part of the os plus its a true multitask and multiuser OS. Its not some stupid 16bit system with a 32bit patch. plus theres no worries bout virues, granted you have the fear of being hacked but you still had that worry with windoze. nice post guys

Dorktower: Not to mention that whenever some strange bug happens, as it invariably does, the only solution is to ask everyone you know and watch them give vague answers which don't really solve your problem because the problem itself is so specific to your particular distribution and install setup. That and some distros come with VI being the only editor on there. That's just evil to newbies.

And Yes, I even tried LRs-Linux / LFS (Linux From Scratch), except it plunged my keyboard configuration into something european so that I was unable to type many common characters and some letters were reversed too. And attempts to change the key config gave errors too. And in order to fix it, I have to change my key config...

Sounds to me like someone has a case of Linux overdose....Perhaps he should leave it alone for a week or so and come back with a clear head?
