Whoa... you realy do need some sleep. Although I can't answer with 100% certainty, I would venture a guess that you won't ever find a free one that supports all ports. Sure, you can find free proxies, but most of them are just web and maybe ftp, but I can't think of any that will proxy every connection for you.
