Dude this is a security site not a site that tutors you on how to break into a webserver. If you know what is good for you you should go over to neworder of hdc and ask this question.

I think this should be rewritten as:
What to do after asking about how to port scan on AO?
...and the obcious answer...
Bend over, grease optional... spell (outloud) RUN.
Cause you'z gonna get gang raped...
\"Windows has detected that a gnat has farted in the general vicinity. You must reboot for changes to take affect. Reboot now?\"

If you want to learn how to hack and break into crap dont just flat out and ask how do i crack this how do i exploit that. it's all in the expression as with everything else. If you say how do i crash a computer? you will get you butt flamed off but if you ask "My firewall logged a OOB packet being sent to port 80 on my system and it seemed to crash a service. What is OOB and is it dangerous? Or "I got a OOB packet and it crashed my system is that a technique used by professtional hackers or wannabe's? And is it dangerous/ thats how you ask those questions which you shouldnt but if you dont want to be flamed i wouldnt just flat out ask these questions.

jeez i'm sorry guys, i didn't want to get on anyones bad side, but when some stupid web sites multiple pop-ups crash your system, i think you would want to do something to disable the pop-ups.

Well, if you don't hack a site, I would tell you how so you could learn.

First of all, stop believing everything MicroSoft says... Computers do not crash simply because they're inherently unreliable or someone's done something bad to you. Your machine crashed because you are running an inferior toy "operating system" that was thrown together by a bunch of high school and college student flunkies that couldn't write a simple example of a B-Star Tree traversal algorithm or a simple command tokenizer if you threatened to cut their gonads off and feed it to them as an alternative.
Now that we've gotten that out of the way...
The way you go about fixing or dealing with these sorts of things is the issue... Remember, your system crashed because of a flaw with it, not because of the web site. Simply put, no one should be able to send you an exception that your system can't handle and/or ignore... period. (As we used to always say, "Never test for a condition that you don't know how to handle.") Again, you probably could have prevented your system from crashing "due to popups" simply by disabling/turning off JavaScript in your browser or by using a content filter of some sort -- either way (or probably a whole slew of others).
It's simply not acceptable to be coming in here, asking how to do something illegal simply because you're pissed off and being rather immature about it. Be more constructive with your anger and, rather than being hostile, come in and say "Well, how do we prevent this from happening in the first place" or "How do we better educate people so as to help people design better products" or probably a few other dozen constructive ideas.
I'll step off my high horse now...
Hopefully, however, this is a bit of a lesson... provided it is, we'll all get along just fine, I imagine. *grin*

I came to flame - and was not dissapointed.
hey quad, whats the common between people like you flaming on the internet and people running in the special olympics, because even if you win, you're still retarded
Damn - that was the stupidest post I've seen in a long while. Sort of like standing in the middle of a field, holding a 5 metre iron pole, during a lightning storm and shouting "there is no God" at the top of your voice.
If you're really interested in security read 'How to become a hacker' by Eric S. Raymond:
There is a community, a shared culture, of expert programmers and networking wizards that traces its history back through decades to the first time-sharing minicomputers and the earliest ARPAnet experiments. The members of this culture originated the term `hacker'. Hackers built the Internet. Hackers made the Unix operating system what it is today. Hackers run Usenet. Hackers make the World Wide Web work. If you are part of this culture, if you have contributed to it and other people in it know who you are and call you a hacker, you're a hacker.
...
There is another group of people who loudly call themselves hackers, but aren't. These are people (mainly adolescent males) who get a kick out of breaking into computers and phreaking the phone system. Real hackers call these people `crackers' and want nothing to do with them. Real hackers mostly think crackers are lazy, irresponsible, and not very bright, and object that being able to break security doesn't make you a hacker any more than being able to hotwire cars makes you an automotive engineer. Unfortunately, many journalists and writers have been fooled into using the word `hacker' to describe crackers; this irritates real hackers no end. [AMEN - Ed.]

If you make a post that would suggest to the majority that you belong to the second category YOU WILL GET FLAMED, no ifs, buts or maybes. May I suggest reading this article in full and re-signing up when you reach your teens (because your current account seems to be fuxor3d )
Alternatively you could go straight to http://neworder.box.sk without understanding the responsiblility that comes with such knowledge - but don't forget the Vaseline (or KY - your choice ) - Because you /will/ be needing it.
\"I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.\"
