Dilbert!
Someone oblivously stole the idea of that article from this article, "Men Who Use Computers Are The New Sex Symbols Of The 90s" written by Scott Adams (the author of the Dilbert comics) and published in the Windows Magazine (May 1995)... (There are dozens of copies of this article in the net, I'm surprised if you haven't seen it before.)
