    If you want a free program to handle it, just get Microsoft PowerToys and use TweakUI. The following version works perfectly on 2000. You'll get the hang of the program pretty quick. There's also a XP version for those with XP.

    The add/remove programs/software thing might work. Just a thought even though Juridian's was better...
