Well trillian is a chat program similar to ICQ, but incorporates all these other IM services like mirc, aim and yahoo.
BTW i think you can only view people's IP who haven't got the latest version of icq.

I don't know, but when you are logged into icq when using trillian, you can set it to keep your ip address hidden anyway, so what's the big deal? You can also set it just to be available to people on your contacts list.

Prankster... I assume this is a feature available only to users of trillian, not ICQ.... as I use both, and I've never seen any such option.........
So if your a straight ICQ user, then you can't hide it, unless the latest version of ICQ blocks trillian, which I doubt it does....

yeah, I never noticed it in ICQ, which incidentally I would still be using if MSN Messenger didn't keep logging me out every two minutes (damn microsoft) but you can set that option in the new version of trillian (0.73)
