I just noticed that ko123 got banned (again). Is it just me, or is the time between signing up and getting banned getting shorter and shorter? I remember when I first started coming here years ago (way before I signed up), I'd never even heard of someone getting banned. Even just a few months ago, I remember senionr members surprised at one or two bans in a short period of time. Now it's a regular occurence. I just don't get it... are people *trying* to get banned purposefully? Is it becoming a contest to see who can get banned the most, or in the shortest amount of time? This post doesn't really have any point, just venting frustration...

i dont know but IMO, the auto-ban feature needs some tweeking because what this guy has done in his two times being banned wouldn't have gotten him banned once before it was implemented.

i mean, before it was repeatedly do really stupid stuff or do a few really bad things to get baned, but now it seems like just a few rather typical newbie mistakes gets you baned in no time

in all fareness, most of them arent mistakes i did or would have made, but still it seems a bit harsh to be baning people within a few days of their arival when we have seen so many people come here lame then see the light and change their ways. infact, i can remember when some of the people who have insanely high AP's now were just newbies who made some of the same lame mistakes i see people get slamed for now(i lurked here for a LONG time before i started posting).

ah well, i've rambled enough for now
