Oh no! Not another AP Suggestion!
Anyway, here goes. I know this has been talked about a lot and I do agree that mandatory signing of antipoints isn't a good idea. However, I do know that a lot of members (myself included) sign their APs. Now, I've seen the signing thing misused simply by typing someone else's name/nick in there. My suggestion is that there be a checkbox in the AP correction window that says "Sign this assignment" or something similar to prevent abuse. I know a few people (myself included again) who've got negs from someone pretending to be someone else, therefore this idea.
Cheers,

The idea ain't bad, but as JP has asked several times before NOT to sign your antipoints, I don't think he'll implement this idea...

negative is right... JP prolly won't do it. besides it won't really stop abuse... cause you could always just not click the sign check box and type in a second one. but the only time someone forged a signature, they got permanently banned from antionline, so i wouldn't worry too much about abuse

Greetings:
Yes, the AntiPoints System is DESIGNED to be anonymous. Signing your name, in any way, just helps to make the system less effective, even if only in a very small way.
