Thanks for hte info dude. But, i think the government shouldnt just wait until they start hacking our sites, they should be waiting for an excuse to dismantle these groups.

Just an idea of the ignorant........ If these people are so intent on hacking other people's sites, why dont white-hat hackers trace them down and then help the authorities to can their A$$E$? It shouldn't be too hard to do, eh? Especially with the "scary" hackers we have running rampant in our society *said with sarcasm*
M$ support is like shooting yourself in the left foot and then putting a band-aid on the right one.

I'd actually expect some US media group to grab the information and blow it out of proportion in order to make people feel afraid

I ought to file that one away somewhere...

TS... i probably understand the feelings and frustration in your post, but you seriously forgot that old "Rule-One" that has killed soldiers for centuries: "NEVER, never, underestimate your enemy", no matter who he is, until you know him better than he knows himself. If you haven't read the ancient chapters by SunTzu, do so without delay. One old Two-Star i'm aware of made it required reading for his entire staff, and those who could not discuss the concepts accurately off the cuff with the deputy-commander didn't stick around very long.
Sonic is correct; we can hope that our guys and gals in the sub-basements at Ft.Meade and other undisclosed locations are busy snooping, following up tips from the likes of us and other concerned citizens and keeping track of these antagonistic organizations and persons, databasing them and passing the info (or making it available thru secure system permissions) to the evaluators who mesh the data with other compatible databases from the Fibbies and other initial organizations. Well, we can all hope for that logical intel-process, anyway. But don't bet all your java dough on it....... JMHO

Similar to the "Dirty Bomb" that never existed. Just more propoganda to justify their actions against The Middle East....Pathetic.

I don't think the american government is doing all it should to stop this. If they are, then I'll be damned.

I must state that you should not make any posts (someone specifically) about subjects you are completely ignorant of.

s0nic: I don't find this any major threat. Don't forget that there is a hacking group for almost every religion I can think of ....

Phac: yeah true.. there is one for the chinese.. brazil.. almost every nation..
but i dont think that their intentions are as damaging as a potential terrorist hacker..
as what my latest find say.. they did find evidence of cyber terrorism being planned..
