That sounds like a great idea, i know a few people who do that on IRC and it is very cool because everyone can ask questions, and not have to wonder about it

thats an excellant idea. will those attending need to register before hand to get a pwd for this channel and are the logs going to be available to view for those unable to attend?

tedob1: once the classes are announced I am going to post here or somewhere that everyone can view, the notice that there is an upcoming class. Registration and password will not be required at the moment, as I am trying to get people to give me outlines so we can see how it goes. the channel will be free for anyone to join and leave until 15 minutes into the class. then the channel will become invite only. The classes will me made available after there is time to clean up logs from the class, and make them orderly, so its best if people are there during the class.
If we want this to take off and be a good resource I need some outlines. get writing :-)

[glowpurple]manually editing your config files can break them. If this happens, you get to keep both pieces. [/glowpurple]

Hogfly----->too complicate to discuss with heterogen user`s idea, especially in a room. you better make a schedule sach as class as your channel`s topic.

good idea, i think that if peeps didn't have to write an outline, it might have some more teachers, but then it wouldn't be as organised, a small trade off i belive..........
