    PS: Don't be depressed if everyone's putting your tutorial down ... phpnuke seems like a really rockin' tool to use on a form site, and, yeah it can be a bitch to get up and running (like mine ... grrrrr). And what I meant when I asked if you ran things 777'd on your production webserver was just that - e.g. if a random user who connects to your site can wipe out your database, that's a bad thing. I'm sure, though, that you've fixed permissions before hosting your site, though, so this likely isn't <read: shouldn't be> a concern.

    well if u go2 http://billgates891.l33t.ca/myPhpAdmin you can wipe my database out, now that i posted that, the ips are being logged so any1 that wipes them.........

    Hey man, calm down. Get a thorough understanding of something before you go posting a tut about it. Sure you simplified, but you didn't account for the possible errors either. Work with something, learn about it, use it, and then write your own tut from scratch using other source material. You are confused because these guys are talking about things that may be over you head, learn more about something before you post about it plz. Sorry if i'm being rude or mean.

    /me thwaps khakisrule. wtf are u talkin bout, i understand php nuke very well ty, i don't understand wut u mean by calm down. and i did write that tut from scratch i copy and pasted the config part from the config file to save me some typing....your ignorince is wut makes me upset....
