 Norway cancels Microsoft contract
Well all I can say is Way to go Norway, and how is it even in the US where usually the lowest bidder gets the contract. MS steps by this because in boiler plate contract agreements in US goverment specify MS products. Time to look at contracts http://zdnet.com.com/2100-1104-943851.html
