    100,000!

    w00t! AO has 100,000 members (even though 7/8 of them sign up to download stuff.... w000t!
    Lets give a w00t out for AO!

    (at the time when I posted this there are 99925 members... Close enough.... Eh?)

    haha I would like to give out a big *W00T* AO owns, my PC knowledge would be *so* little, you have no idea. I stay current with slashdot that i found here (./ is currently my homepage and has been for over a month). I am getting the basics of linux down (compiling stuff, kernel files, lilo, i installed FLUXBOX!!! etc) I mean, you have no idea, it just opened me up to the realm of IT.

    Somebody take a screen shot when it reaches 99999, and then another one when it reaches 100,000, that is assuming that there willbe a comma, who knows.

    Well, you've got to take into account the idiots that get banned and show back up under a different username, but this is still an awesome achievement for AO. So to whoever is the lucky 100,000 member, welcome to AO and we hope you enjoy yourself here. AO is a great place to discuss the issues we talk about here, and this is a cool event.

    To the next 100,000!

    BTW - There were just 70 more members to go when I last checked, so we should see the 100,000 very soon..
