    Finally Quesions Asked Special Court Rejects Ashcroft Rules

    Well like it or not the USA has a court and in 20 some years never says much about it's rulings but today a finding http://apnews.excite.com/article/200...D7LIO3MG0.html so go figure who that court is and how come Ashcroft is shot down.

    YAY! the government is acctually using the checks and balances system correctly! and thank god be cause the patriot act was a civil liberties nightmare.
