annoyed as well
90% of the MP3s I have are backups of cds I bought, countless others have prompted me to buy cds. Besides, not all mp3s on P2P are available on CD. It was Linkin Park's unrealeased tracks that introduced me to their music and I later bought both their CDs. Same with Fuel, Drowning Pool (RIP David Wayne Williams), Korn, Rob Zombie, and virtually every CD I've bought in the last year or two have been since I had heard the music already on MP3.

Joey_Batch_File, i can't believe your missing the plot here. mp3's really arnt the issue here, don't you think the record industry knows p2p isn't really hurting its buisness? This is all about movies, not the bootleg copys we download off the net, but streaming first run movies accross the internet to home entertainment centers. pay per stream. theater prices without the theater to pay. They want a well locked down internet, thats going to make them a ****ing fortune. No leasing lines from cable companies or telco, no HBO, showtime or satalites to launch. just right accross the internet to any place in the world. More profit than anyone has ever dreamed of.
Government officials have said that the internet will really not grow like they want it to, until movies are streamed accross the internet. If this happens the internet will no longer belong to us, we will not be welcome here.
Bukhari:V3B48N826 “The Prophet said, ‘Isn’t the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?’ The women said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is because of the deficiency of a woman’s mind.’”
