You have a hellacious bunch of responses to read, so I'll keep it brief. I pretty well agree with what Negative had to say...he made some damned good points.

The only question I'll address specifically is #10....and my answer is...the fact that you were willing to post a thread like this is evidence of both the fine job you are doing and how much you really care about the site. Keep up the good work!
