You really need to be more specific. Both posts you have made are identical in content and neither have given us anything to work with.
What is your problem?
What is you setup (Operating system, hardware configuration, etc)?
What have you done to fix your problem (have you read the help manuals or articles similar to your problem)?
What were you doing when your problem arose (did you install something or make changes)?
any and all details you can provide would be required for help.
