Australian legal issues
just curious if any of u guys know where i can find documentation on the cybercrime laws in australia. i have searched google and only found internatonal law.

Try restricting your search to the .au domain (I think that is propertiary to Austrailia...), or use a goernment website. They may have thier legislation online. I know mine does here.

try here, there is a pdf file for a model criminal code from the Attorney Generals Department.... look at chapter 4 (Jan 2001):-

The computer crime section starts about page 99. I am not sure if this has been assented to in parliament and actually enacted at this time but its a start.
You may be able to cross reference with this site:-
http://www.efa.org.au/Issues/Security/
Many of the various State Criminal Codes have a section that relates specifically to Computer Crime .... a search on your State Criminal Code may also help.
