My first comp was an Apple IIe. I had no name for her, but learned how to program on her and then i stepped into the wonderful world of computergames, (Ive never left that world either) We had that comp for many years till the 386 came out I got my 386 for graduation from highschool. It had a wonder 9600 baud modem, 88meg hd and 12 megs of ram. It even had a color monitor...LOL....Over the years, ive had several other computers, but now I have 2. I have Voodoo, a RH7.1 box that is a cyrix 200 with 50 megs of ram and 4gig of hd space. I also have kryptonite....my baby......a p4-1.6 gig with 32 meg video, 512 ddr ram, 30gig hd and runs xp. I spend an average of 10 hrs a day on the comp, both home and work combined. I am startint to build a new system named Brandy. She will be a dual processor with at least a gig of ram and a 128 meg video and at least 120gig hd all in a koolance, liquid cooled case.
M$ support is like shooting yourself in the left foot and then putting a band-aid on the right one.
