Child Protection in the Net
Ive seen a lot of child porn sites in the net lately and i just wanna ask u guys if there's any law/s (us or international, whatever..) u know that protects kids from being exploited by pedophiles who run these sites. In our country, lots of people are lobbying for laws like this in congress so lawmakers could finally make clear laws concerning child porn and protection to victims of such. Child rights laws arent specific enough to protect kids, specially girls from child porn.Aren't there any good samaritans out there doing something about it on an international scope so we can run after those pedophiles who operate in the net outside of U.S.?

There are several groups out there including a few "ethical hacking" groups that are fighting child porn. Here are a couple of links I had handy, the first link has listings from around the world of organizations involved in the effort.

in my own personal point of view i think that Child porn is Just like drugs , you can make it illegal, put people in jail for it, try to ban it, say that's wrong. BUT thei's always someone that likes it and some one that can give them that , and by that i mean ChilD porn or drugs.
If you or someone else whants to help end this i think that we should report those web sites, but the problem is to who report this web sites. If some one has a link or a email to were people can send links or report websites that host child porn.

child pron is VERY illegal here. in this country people go to jail for having it as well as distributing it. All anyone here has to do is report it to the fbi and the physical location of the server will look like the opening scene from hackers.
personally i think hacking kiddie-porn sites is a waste of energy, they just keep popping up again. it would do the world a better service if we could track them down and beat them to death. but that against the law too. oh well guess we'll just have to wait for bubba to do it.

Heres the problem in some places its not illegal and we cant do a thing about that but as to hope the place changes there laws. What some people might do to shut these websites down is finding there isp and telling them like i said its not illegal in some places so it might not work but some isps wont want a thing to do with them and cut them off.

As for the places where it is legal(they should be wiped of the face of the earth). They certainly don't contribute anything to society. They make the world a living nightmare for these peoples children, and parents alike. The people who justify this kind of behaviour should be dealt with in the worst and painfull way possible.
That's how strong I personally feel about this issue and I can certainly hope for our children's sake it is viewed in the strongest light possible. After all kids are the future of our world.

the ones that dont cut them off need to be made to cut them off. resolve all the addresses on their networks. write letter to the users/companys, tell them to contact the isp and complain.
your web site causes me concern. you talk of thing of interest inside but it requires a logon to see. thats a tactic of spammers, usually for porn sites. just telling you the impresion it gives im not accusing you.

Actually congress just recently passed a law saying "virtual" child porn is not illegal. So basically, the government now has to prove that the child porn is actually a real life picture, and not just a really good(actually really bad) work of a graphics designer.I think laws like this are rediculous as they serve no purpose to better our nation or the world.I back the free speech amendment 100%,but this isn't free speech any way you look at it,it's exploitation of innocent children.
Aren't there any good samaritans out there doing something about it on an international scope so we can run after those pedophiles who operate in the net outside of U.S.?
To answer your question, yes there are good samaritans out there who are doing everything in their power to stop this crap from floating around the Internet, but the problem is a million of good samaritans don't mean a thing,as far as laws go,if they can't convince the government that this is a horrible thing that costs children their lives(whether that be mentally or physically). The one thing I do know is that good samaritan and politician in the same sentance is an oxymoron.Hopefully some day the government will realize that the lives of our children are more important than the national deficit and oil prices, and do something about this.

Just asking and seeking ways to protect our youth...
One thing you can do is report the site to the FBI... I know that you are not in the states but more than likely some sicko here has found and accessed the site... Which makes it a crime here in the US... By reporting it to the FBI they will look for any involvement by US citizens and get the cooperation of what ever country the site is in to close it down... Then you and anyone else you can find that find this crap disgusting shoulr lobby your government for changes in the laws if you can...
