Help with *.jpg
Greeting all you Brainy people. I need help with some JPG files I need to get the picture so good that I can c the reg of the car and if possible the person inside the car also. It's for security puposes also and very, very urgent. Any help will be appreciated, thx

I think that it's impossible to view the reg number of the car , and to see the person inside is more difficult than the registration number. Sorry cannot help. I tried with Photoshop 7.0 but no effect!

sorry 2 say that nothing has been covered up. This guy was caught but we need more evidence to accuse him with. This photo I got from straight from the security system's library. It is a very poor quality camera system

it almost looks like he's flipping the camera off.

I'll try something with psp...but the plate area sure doesn't look hopeful. They seem to like white vehicles there huh?
