My company, www.rackshack.net hosts many 'terrorist' related websites supporting jihad and the intifada in Israel. These websites were originally ripped from the plug as soon as they were found. But, the feds decided that we should leave them up for monitoring. And that is why www.jehad.net is still up. We monitor these websites for possible threats to the US.
If we pull them, their just going to move to another URL. So as long as we know where their websites we have a hand up. We know what to monitor.
Someone who kills civilians in the name of Islamic Jihad is a terrorist. VERY SIMPLE.

ANYONE who kills civilians is a terrorist, not just those who do it in the name of Islam.

Mman, if you are that threatened by these 'anti-american' websites, then I suggest 1 of 2 things :
1) Go through the proper avenues
http://www.nipc.gov/infosharing/infosharing.htm
The NIPC includes investigators and analysts experienced in
computer crimes and infrastructure protection. It is linked
electronically to the rest of the federal government, including
other warning and operation centers, as well as private sector
Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISAC).

Phone: (404)236-2880
Fax: (404)236-3255
2) click your heels three times and keep repeating to yourself "there's no place like nazi germany" Maybe you'll be lucky enough to find your way back to the type of country you want to live in.

If you don't agree with what a website promotes, don't go to it. If people were to shut down websites they found offensive in some way, there would be no internet.

Magnoon...
You wrote...
This is a very important point to remember and in conjunction with that is Muslim != Terrorist ARAB != Terrorist.
I would really appreciate a little elaboration on this, as I'm not exactly sure what you mean by it. Thx.
EDIT: Thx Tedob

"!=" is not equal to.
all hes saying is just becaue someone is an arab or a muslim does mean they are a terrorist.

Terrorist web pages are a threat any way you look at it. They simply degrade Americans. And any company associated with them, should have actions taken. And to note, rackshack has terrible services anyways, and now that the place is hosting terrorist web pages, especially under the advice of the feebs, well that just plain blows. Learn to think for yourself, who cares if the pages move to another url, you don't monitor them, you aren't employed by the feebs to monitor these diaper heads with terrorostic intent! Nut up and take the pages down.

eye for an eye is a JEWISH thing. It's known as "judaic law" and as already stated has it's roots in the Old Testement of the Bible.
FWIW Anti-American != Terrorist
I know plenty of people that are anti-american but definately NOT terrorists

Just to clear this up.Your both right to the extent of the mention of an eye for an eye in the Bible, however this is not it's origin.
It's origins are from ancient Babylonia, circa 1800 BC. An eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth - was the basis of the Code of Hammurabi.
To give you some relation, the oldest known text of the Old Testament, dates back to about 600 B.C - 1200 years later.
