    ah, that was that the movie AI that you are talking about? There is a database/AI that can guess what movie character you are thinking of/pretending to be and can usually do it within 5 questions. I have only stumped it once, but the thing learns from you and won't get stumped from the same character again.

    I'll see if I can dig up that link, it was pretty cool.

    This is to funny that program has been around since like the VIC 20 and the PET computers all late 70's early 80's. So someone took the time to convert it to Java, such simple things kept our attention back then LOL. Was a big step to record programs on cassets, 8 tracks were on their way out. LOL

    Ok, I would just like to make somethiing clear, I was given Neg AP's about my above post, saying something along the lines that it doesn learn, well, it does. I don't care about the AP's...I have enough. what I do care about is that people don't belive that this thng can learn, the Jabber wacky has learned German and French. there are Guides on how to teach it different languages, and different things...I feel that this is a big step forwards for AI, although there is a long way to go until artificial sentient thoughts.
    Through ALICE, you can acctualy set up your own bot, and let it learn from people.

    you can set up your own bot there, it would be cool acctualy to have an AO bot, and teach it about computers then you could simply ask it...
