new computer Help
Hey, I know this has been posted! But help me with my *nix box, a P4VDA soyo motherboard, that can hold up to 3Gigs of ram, 478 socket, so what would be a good processor, I have a Celeron P but starting to have second thoughts. Not for gaming but for compiling, and learn the *nix environment.
thx :-D

Well, if you have a motherboard with a Socket 478, you'll be using a Pentium 4 processor - the question then is what GHz do you want to run at?
