    I've noticed that most people on this site are guys. are ther some or any females here?

    I may be wrong, but, if I recall correctly, this has been discussed (in depth) on at least two separate occassions. Check the archive and you should be able to find it. One of the threads has a lot of people posting about women in the tech industry, and you'll be suprised at how many women posted within that forum. Just look around and you'll find that there are quite a few women here. The difference is, they are generally mature enough to post when they have a serious question or they have a strong opinion, unlike many of the men I have seen here.
